Calculate Working Capital Turnover Ratio.

### The solution of Question 98 Chapter 4 of +2-B: –

 Net Sales = Cost of Goods sold + Gross Profit = Rs. 20,00,000 + 33.33% of Net Sales = X

 X = Rs. 20,00,000 + 1x 3 2x = Rs. 60,00,000
 Net Sales = Rs. 60,00,000 2 = Rs. 30,00,000
 Working Capital = Current Assets – Current Liabilities = Rs. 10,00,000 – Rs. 2,50,000 = Rs. 7,50,000

 Working Capital Turnover Ratio = Cost of Goods Sold Working Capital
 = Rs. 30,00,000 Rs. 7,50,000 = 4 Times
