 Proprietary Ratio = Shareholders’ s Fund x 1000 Total Assets
 Working capital =  CA-CL 60,000 =  2.5x- 1x 60,000 =  1.5x
 Current Ratio = Current assets Current Liabilities
 2 : 1 = Current assets 1 Current Liabilities Let current assets = 2.5x Current liabilities = 1x

Or.

 1.5x = = 60,000 X = 60,000 1.5 = 40,000 CL = 1 x 40,000 = 40,000 CA = 2.5 x 40,000 = 1,00,000
 Proprietary Ratio = Shareholders’ Funds (Total Assets) Let share holder fund = .75y T.A = 1y T.A-S.F = Total debts 1y -7.5 = 10,000 + 40,000 .25y = 50,000
