The solution of Question 21 Chapter 7 – Unimax Publication Class 12 Part 2-2021 : –

Long term debts= Total debts – short term debts
 =2,00,000 – 50,000
 = ₹ 1,50,000
As assets= Liabilities
Labilities= Shareholder fund + long term debts + short term debts
3,25,000= Shareholder fund + 1,50,000 + 50,000
Shareholder fund= 3,25,000 – 2,00,000
 = ₹ 1,25,000
Debt – Equity Ratio ==Long term debts  
 Shareholder fund 
 =1,50,000  
 1,25,000
 =1.2 : 1 Ans.
