(ii) 3,000 10% debenture of 100 each to be redeemed on 31St March 2019 (Listed Co.).
(iii) Issued 3,000 10% Debentures of 100 each on 1st April, 2016 to be redeemed in five equal installments beginning from 31st March, 2018 (Unlisted Co.)
(iv) Issued 3,000 10% Debentures of 100 each on 1st April, 2016 to be redeemed in five equal installments beginning from 31st March, 2018 (Listed Co.).
(v) 3,000 10% fully convertible Debentures of 100 each issued on 1st April 2016 redeemable by conversion after 5 years.
