X Ltd. invited application for issuing 2,00,000 equity shares of ₹ 10 each. The amount was payable as follows:

Pooja who belonged to Category 2 and who had applied for 250 shares failed to pay the final call. Her shares were forfeited after the final call. The forfeited shares were reissued @ ₹ 9 per share fully paid up.
