The solution of Question 48 Chapter 4 of +2-B: –

Long-term Debts = Total Debts – Current Liabilities
  = Total Assets – Rs.5,00,000
Total Assets = Rs. 20,00,000
Total Assets = Long-term Debts + Shareholders’ Funds + Current Liabilities
  =  Rs.15,00,000 – Rs.5,00.000
Total Assets = Rs. 10,00,000



Total Assets to Debt Ratio Total Assets = Rs.20,00,000
Long- term Debts Rs.10,00,000
  = 2: 1
