Calculate Total Assets To Debts Ratio.

 

The solution of Question 45 Chapter 4 of +2-B: –

Long-term Debts = Total Debts – Current Liabilities
  = Rs. 3,60,000 – Rs. 40,000
Long-term Debt = Rs. 3,20,000
Total Assets = Long-term Debts + Shareholders’ Funds + Current Liabilities
  = Rs. 3,20,000 – Rs. 1,60,000 + Rs. 40,000
Total Assets = Rs. 5,20,000



Total Assets to Debt Ratio Total Assets = Rs.5,20,000
Long- term Debts Rs.3,20,000
  = 1.625: 1
