Shareholders’ Funds = Rs. 2,00,000
Capital Employed = Rs. 8,00,000
Long-Term Debts = Capital Employed – Shareholders’ Funds
  = Rs. 8,00,000 –  Rs.2,00,000
Long-Term Debts = Rs. 6,00,000



Debt to Equity Ratio Long-term Debts = Rs.6,00,000
Equity Rs.2,00,000
  = 3: 1
