The solution of Question 15 Chapter 4 of +2-B: –

Quick Assets or Liquid Assets = Current Assets-Inventories – Prepaid Expenses
  = Rs.20,00,000 – Rs.50,000 – Rs.10,000
  = Rs.1,40,000
Quick Ratio or Liquid Ratio = Quick Assets or Liquid Assets
Current Liabilities
  = 1,40,000
70,000

Quick Ratio or Liquid Ratio=2 : 1
