Type of Accounts: -

लेखांकन के सुनहरे नियमों के अनुसार, खातों को तीन श्रेणियों में विभाजित किया गया है। इन्हें निम्नलिखित उदाहरणों के साथ समझाया गया है: -

1. Real Accounts(वास्तविक खाते):

वास्तविक खाता व्यवसाय उद्यम की सभी परिसंपत्तियों से संबंधित है। यह नियम किसी संपत्ति की खरीद, किसी परिसंपत्ति की बिक्री, किसी संपत्ति पर लगाए गए मूल्यह्रास और किसी संपत्ति के निपटान जैसे लेनदेन पर लागू होता है।

अब इस नियम को लागू करने के लिए, हमें संपत्ति का अर्थ जानना होगा।

संपत्ति वह मूल्यवान वस्तु या संपत्ति है जिसमें व्यवसाय मालिक होता है और भविष्य में इससे लाभ प्राप्त करता है या आय उत्पन्न करने में इसका उपयोग करता है।

उन परिसंपत्तियों के उदाहरण जिनमें रियल अकाउंट लागू है: -

2. Personal Accounts(व्यक्तिगत खाते):

यह नियम सभी व्यक्तिगत पर लागू होता है। व्यक्तियों को निम्नलिखित तीन प्रकारों में दिखाया गया है: -

1.Persons(व्यक्ति): - प्राकृतिक व्यक्ति।
2.Artificial persons(कृत्रिम व्यक्ति): - मनुष्य द्वारा बनाया गया व्यक्ति। 
3.Representative person(प्रतिनिधि व्यक्ति): - वे खाते जो व्यक्ति या व्यक्तियों के समूह का प्रतिनिधित्व करते हैं।

Example of accounts on which the Personal Account is applicable: -

• Examples of Persons: - Amanpreet, Jazz, Pawan Kumar, Vijay, Amir Khan. Etc.
• Examples of Artificial persons: - Ram And Sons., HAPPSS Store., Bank A/c (SBI), Reliance Industries Ltd. Etc.
• Examples of Representative persons: -  Outstanding Salary, Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Income, Pre-received Income, Etc.

3. Nominal Accounts(नाममात्र खाते):

जो खाते व्यय, आय, हानि और लाभ से संबंधित हैं,वे नाममात्र खाते में शामिल हैं।

Example of all accounts on which the Nominal Account is applicable:-

• Expenses Accounts: -Salary, Wages, Purchases, Electricity bill, Telephone, and mobile Rent, Transportation charges, Rent Paid, Etc.
• Incomes Accounts: - Sales, Commission Received, Rent on sublet building received, Etc.
• Losses Accounts: - Loss on sale of an asset, Loss by Theft, Loss by fire, loss by an accident, Etc.
• Profits Accounts: - Profit on sale of an asset, Etc.
