Co. issued 10,000 shares of ₹ 100 each at a premium of ₹ 50 per shares, payable ₹ 30 per share on application. ₹ 70 per share on allotment (Including premium) ₹ 20per share on 1st call and ₹ 30 per share on the final call. All the shares were fully subscribed and all the money called duly received except the final call on 2,500 shares, Journalese.
