103. Compute Gross Profit Ratio from the following information:
Cost of Revenue from Operations Cost of Goods Sold Rs. 5,40,000;
Revenue from Operations Net Sales Rs. 6,00,000.

The solution of Question 103 Chapter 4 of +2-B: –

Gross Profit = Revenue from Operations –
Cost of Revenue from Operations
  = Rs. 6,00,000 – Rs. 5,40,000
Gross Profit = Rs. 60,000

 

Revenue from Operations = Gross Profit X 100
Revenue from Operations
Revenue from Operations = 60,000 X 100
6,00,000
  = 10%
