X Ltd. has an authorized capital of ₹ 30,00,000 dividend into equity shares of ₹ 10 each. The company invited application for 1,20,000 shares. Application for 90,000 shares were received. All calls were made and were duly received except the final call of ₹ 2 per shares on 11,000 shares. 5,000 of the shares on which the final call was not received were forfeited.
